Administrative manager vacancy in Al-Wakra Qatar

Administrative Manager

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company's administrative department. Your main role will be to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining a high level of organization and communication within the department. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be overseeing a team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and supervising the day‑to‑day activities of the administrative department
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and files for all administrative tasks
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating administrative staff
  • Monitoring budget and expenses for the department
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts within the department in a timely manner

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should also have prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in an administrative setting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

This is a full‑time position based in Al‑Wakra with a salary of 1000$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non‑local candidates. Accommodation is not provided.
