We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining records and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have experience in administrative support roles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings and events
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain records and databases
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Discretion when handling confidential information
