We are a leading Food Trading Company in Qatar looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial operations, manage inventory, and ensure accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime/ERP 9.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Manage Inventory/Stock records and reconcile with physical stock.
- Monitor vendor payments and handle "netting" for vendors who are also customers.
- Assist in VAT filing and compliance according to Qatar laws.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Software: Must be an expert in Tally
. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Location: Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Trading business workflows and Excel.
