Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems in concrete pumps, mixers, and batching equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic system malfunctions using diagnostic tools, technical schematics, and hands‑on inspection.
- Overhaul critical components including valves, cylinders, pistons, and hydraulic jacks to restore optimal performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential failures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance equipment reliability and system efficiency.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hydraulics or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in hydraulic system repair within the Ready‑Mix concrete industry.
- Proven ability to interpret hydraulic schematics and use precision diagnostic and repair tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment reliability best practices.
