Housekeeping Manager

Overview

Housekeeping Manager for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
• Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional guest experiences

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of housekeeping management software preferred
• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset but not required
