Administrator vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar
We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our office in Al‑Rayyan. The role involves coordinating meetings and appointments, managing office supplies and equipment, handling data entry and filing, preparing documents, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper filing of all paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- No prior experience required; suitable for freshers or those starting a career in office administration.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
