Job Overview
Seeking qualified KSA nationals to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full product lifecycle, including development, field deployment, and ongoing performance optimization of safety and automated pressure control systems at energy worksites.
This role requires close collaboration with internal departments and clients to deliver technical training, perform equipment data analysis, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and support new product introductions. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong technical competency, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to operational excellence in both office and field environments.
Role and Responsibilities Data Management & Analysis- Collect and analyze remote equipment data
- Maintain databases and assist in developing data algorithms
- Recommend equipment improvements based on data insights
- Serve as a technical resource for internal teams
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices
- Represent engineering in discussions with clients and vendors
- Identify and lead service efficiency improvement projects
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead field trials and startup activities for new products
- Train personnel and customers on new equipment and systems
- Provide structured feedback for product enhancements
- Certify equipment and assess compliance with applicable standards
- Conduct internal audits and recommend corrective actions
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to work in remote field locations
- Support field operations as required to ensure operational excellence
- Mechanical diploma or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
- Experience with hydraulics, automation, industrial control systems, and high-pressure pumps
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and high-pressure pumping equipment
- Electrical troubleshooting and field electrical experience
- Familiarity with instrumentation systems and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Familiar with ISO, API/ASME standards, P&IDs, and Solid Works
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Forklift and crane operation licenses preferred
- Frac, well testing, coil tubing, drilling experience preferred
- Proficiency in the English language
