Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Skilled Electrician Technician to join for one of our high top high end client (Resort) in Al Ain. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems within the resort infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry best practices.

With a strong foundation in electrical circuit design, switch gear operations, and reading complex wiring diagrams, the technician will play a key role in supporting the resort’s operational excellence. This is a hands‑on position requiring technical precision, proactive problem‑solving, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance across resort facilities, including lighting, power distribution, HVAC systems, and backup generators.
  • Install, inspect, test, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and distribution panels in accordance with NEC standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using advanced troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
  • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit design principles to identify and correct system issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and parts usage using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with facility managers and other technical teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades, renovations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and PPE usage.
  • Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and service requests to minimize downtime and ensure guest comfort and safety.
  • Assist in the commissioning and testing of new electrical installations and equipment during construction or renovation phases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as an electrician in commercial or resort construction and maintenance environments.
  • Proven expertise in electrical maintenance, switch gear operation, troubleshooting, and working with low‑ and medium‑voltage systems.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and circuit design principles.
  • Proficiency in using standard electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, etc.).
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Excel for logging maintenance activities, tracking inventory, and generating reports.
  • Basic command of English for communication, reading technical manuals, and understanding safety instructions.
  • Valid electrical trade license or certification recognized in the UAE or equivalent international qualifications.
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced resort environment with variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be of Asian origin with Pakistani or Indian nationality.
  • Willingness to accept accommodation, medical insurance, and visa sponsorship as part of the employment package.
