We are currently hiring skilled AC Technicians for a leading Client (Resort) in Al Ain, UAE
. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Candidates should be technically proficient in HVAC systems and capable of performing diagnostics, servicing, and on-site repairs with minimal supervision.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, and central air conditioning systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units
• Perform gas charging, leak detection, and compressor replacement
• Clean and service filters, coils, ducts, and condensers
• Troubleshoot thermostat and control system issues
• Ensure proper functioning of chillers, AHUs, and FCUs (if applicable)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls
• Maintain service records and report maintenance activities

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an AC Technician (Gulf experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Skilled in the use of hand and electrical tools related to HVAC work
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature and outdoor conditions
• Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and on-call shifts if needed

• Reliable, punctual, and honest
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and propose effective solutions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• 6-day work week
• Work may include standing, climbing, lifting, and exposure to outdoor conditions
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and tools provided
