Role Purpose
To ensure that the design, delivery, and functional quality of all retail units within the shopping mall portfolio meet the highest standards, in full alignment with company design criteria and operational objectives. The role supports both new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring seamless coordination among all internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely, high-quality, and business-driven retail delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Retail Design and Delivery Team
- Mall Management (operation and facility management)
- Leasing Team
- Project Team
- Tenants and Retailers
- Retail Design Consultants and Contractors
- Shopfitters and Builders
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, layout planning, and fit-out processes
- Strong understanding of the Authority requirements.
- Strong understanding of re-demising work
- Solid site experience and ability to review and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Skilled in sketching, detailing, and design presentation
- good understanding of MEP integration within retail environments
- Autocaad
- sketchup or 3d max
- photoshop
- Microsoft word
