Dubai Holding Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant in Al Ain, UAE. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall look and feel of the store.

• Achieve daily sales targets consistently as a Sales Assistant in Al Ain.
• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, fabric care instructions, and usage.
• Assist customers in trying on, fitting, and selecting merchandise.
• Process cash and credit card transactions, handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of promotions, store policies, and security practices.
• Arrange, display, and restock merchandise to maximize sales.
• Ensure products are neatly folded, priced, and well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, counters, fitting rooms, and store displays.
• Support customers with delivery, insurance, or service arrangements.
• Grow the customer database by adding new clients to the mailing list.
