Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year CDL-A tractor‑trailer experience, traveling to at least 3 states.
- At least 6 months of flatbed experience within the last 5 years.
- Experience with pipe and steel, and with straps, tarps, chains, and binders.
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years (otherwise not eligible for the sign‑on bonus).
- No more than 1 major moving violation in the last 3 years.
- No SAP drivers.
- Unemployed for longer than 30 days may need documentation explaining why.
Compensation
- Drivers earn 27% of each load, averaging $0.70 per mile.
- Weekly average pay: $1,500–$1,600.
Work Schedule
- Home weekly, home every weekend.
- Steady freight.
