Electrician II; Albany, OH

Description

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, equipment and fixtures. They will work on underground cable and conduit installation, terminating, and equipment installation for all phases of construction schedule.

• Read blueprints to determine the Scope of Work
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
• Install, modify, and fabricate cable tray as necessary according to specifications
• Assemble and install electrical equipment
• Setup and maintain temporary power systems
• Hoist equipment and tools into location via bull rigging or crane
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have 4 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician
• Knowledge of electrical hand and all required tools
• Able to work at heights of 200 feet
• Excellent communication skills with co-workers and supervisors

• Employees will be required to be able to endure long periods of standing, siting, walking, bending, and/or lifting
• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs
• Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
