• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other various wireless equipment on the tower.
• Acquire knowledge from experienced technicians and foreman to develop skills based on the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).
• Climb and work on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment; perform tower maintenance under close supervision.
• Use and care for hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Identify hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
• Climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50‑lb load.
• Analyze situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
• Perform other position duties when requested by leadership.

• Proficient in knot tying (Double Figure 8, Bowline, Pipe Hitch, Clove Hitch, Munter hitch, Prusik).
• Ability to climb and work up to 500+ ft and lift over 50 lbs.

• Corporate headquarters located at 18777 US Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069.
• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions such as sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and climbing.
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite.
• Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity, and rain throughout the year.
• When working on site, required to wear common protective and safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hat, and steel‑toed boots.

• 1+ year of experience in the wireless technology field preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• RF Awareness Training preferred.
• OSHA
  10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
