Security Officer - Dispatch Control Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or dispatch systems to receive requests for assistance, coordinate responses, and communicate timely updates to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership;
Document and report incidents, observations, and service requests using required logs and reporting tools, escalating issues per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to onsite contacts and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking for irregular activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, and reporting findings per site requirements
