We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join a reputable organization specializing in Sustainable Infrastructure / Energy Solutions
. This role involves selling performance-based energy solutions tailored for commercial and industrial buildings
, assisting clients in reducing energy expenses while achieving tangible financial and operational outcomes.
The primary duty is to market comprehensive, intricate offerings with guaranteed savings to top-level decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in solution-oriented sales, performance contracting, and establishing enduring executive connections.
Primary Responsibilities- Sell sophisticated, performance-based energy solutions to property owners and high-level stakeholders (C-suite).
- Establish and maintain long-standing relationships with principal and potential clients.
- Implement a structured sales procedure to recognize, evaluate, and secure new prospects.
- Emphasize renewable service contracts and guaranteed savings programs as the core of managed account connections.
- Enhance account engagement by broadening the range and depth of offerings within designated clients.
- Steer account strategy and determine suitable internal assets to support crucial accounts.
- Concentrate on specific vertical markets to drive expansion and recurring business.
- Draft, present, and negotiate proposals and financial contracts.
- Handle customer objections, discuss value, and finalize significant opportunities.
- Employ CRM and sales tools to monitor pipeline progress, record advancements, and manage opportunity milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction management, financial, legal, and technical teams to deliver successful results.
- Act as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring project execution meets expectations.
- Participate in final project inspections and assure customer satisfaction.

- Attend and present at industry trade shows and engage in professional associations.
- Independently promote energy and infrastructure solutions effectively.

- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and close intricate deals.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
