Independent Sales Representative

RAUH POLYMERS, INC. is a custom compo under and plastic resin producer, specializing in TPE, TPU, Flame Retardants, and other engineered materials. We supply injection mold and extrusion operations with quality raw materials formulated for their application at a cost savings.

Independent Sales Representative with commission based compensation. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing product information, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. Additional key tasks include presenting product offerings, understanding client needs, and staying updated on industry trends to support decision-making and improve sales performance.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of or experience in the plastics industry is a plus
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies
• Prior experience in sales roles or related positions is highly desirable
