• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage based on their circumstances
• Run reports to verify the accuracy of insurance and driving history information
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
• Familiarity with insurance products and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
