Licensed P&C Sales Representative

Overview

We're looking for a motivated, licensed Property & Casualty Representative to help customers with their insurance needs and grow our book of business. This commission-based role involves selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and providing coverage recommendations.

• Sell and service P&C/Personal Lines insurance products
• Work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients
• Process policy changes, renewals, and general service requests
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred; commission-driven mindset
• Ability to work the 2:30 PM – 11 PM shift

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. As required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
