Revere Staffing Partners is partnering with a growing capital equipment manufacturer to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across waste management, recycling, scrap, and industrial manufacturing markets.

This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional with experience in capital equipment sales, industrial sales, or waste industry sales who thrives in a field-based environment. You will manage existing accounts while aggressively developing new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship selling.

This is a remote, territory-based role with regional travel. Travel is 40%-50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional outside sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, networking, and social selling.
  • Manage and grow existing customer vacunas accounts.
  • Sell capital equipment and industrial solutions to customers in waste management, recycling, scrap, and manufacturing markets.
  • Conduct onsite customer visits, plant tours, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business.
  • Track all sales activity in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and operations teams.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow up and service.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Communicate dưỡng feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of outside sales, B2B sales, or capital equipment sales experience.
  • Experience selling into waste management, recycling, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment markets preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong prospecting and  management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling regionally.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
