• Starting base compensation: $15.54 to $19.88 per hour. Pay adjusted based on experience, location and other factors.
• Eligible to earn incentive pay, averaging $162–$389 per month.
• Store hours:
  Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; 37.5‑hour work week.
• No Sundays.
• Full‑time associates accrue up to three weeks paid time off during the first year.

• Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs, demonstrating computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment.
• Basic geography knowledge beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings. May need to obtain necessary membership license or others as required for essential functions.
