Sales Representative - Youngstown, OH - Emergency Care (Hospital)

Join Stryker as a Sales Representative in the Emergency Care division. As the frontline advocate for our Emergency Care products—including defibrillators, AEDs and chest compression systems—you will build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare providers, promote solutions, negotiate pricing, and manage orders seamlessly. You will monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to position Stryker products effectively and exceed sales targets while collaborating with marketing and support teams to drive growth.

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of all related products and programs.
• Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert, working with nurses, medical directors, and administrators; demonstrate deep knowledge of both our products and competitors’ offerings.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on‑time, complete, and error‑free shipments.
• Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required, as you will operate a company vehicle capable of transporting equipment.
• May be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds (lift unassisted 75‑80 pounds), reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.
• May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
• Must coordinate eye, hand, and foot movements with the ability to grasp by hand; meet cognitive demands include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
• May handle various materials including, but not limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components comprising rubber, metals, and coated products.
