- Represent a quality brand that has served customers for over 60 years

- Meet customers in their homes within a 1‑hour radius to provide in‑home flooring estimates.
- Generate and sustain a minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Use electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations.
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
- Maintain a valid local driver’s license, a suitable vehicle, and the capacity to transport flooring sample boards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on opportunities for installation and referrals.

- Strong customer‑service skills and a professional appearance.

The role is a 100% commission plus commission‑bonus opportunity. Outside sales consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
