DEF Sales

Join our team in Akron! We are seeking a DEF Salesperson who is motivated, driven, excellent at multitasking, and reaching for success.

• Meet a daily requirement of cold calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintenance for new and existing customers
• Ensure customer accounts remain active and up to date with regular follow-ups
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Set up follow-up appointments to keep customers and potential customers informed of the latest developments and offerings
• Perform analysis to identify and re-engage inactive customers
• Answer inbound calls and assist with customer needs
• Attentive to customer requests and emails, while maintaining timely responses
• Set appointments with potential customers & travel to meet with decision makers in hopes of closing deals
• Make detailed notes in Fleet Seek regarding calls and appointments
• Attend and participate in work events and trade shows

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Able to work diligently to achieve our growth
• Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized, goal and detail-oriented, and eager to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
