With 30 years in business, I’ve built a team of four dedicated professionals who share my commitment to delivering exceptional service and trusted guidance to our customers. We go beyond selling policies — our focus is on helping clients make informed decisions and choose the coverage that truly meets their needs.
We offer a range of benefits including paid licensing, a Simple IRA, flexible time off, bonuses, and commissions. I hold a degree in Economics and am actively involved in our community through organizations like the Collision Education Foundation, Akron Day in the Park, local food drives, and the Ephrata High School internship program.
Our beautiful office provides a welcoming and professional environment, with plenty of natural light and private offices for each team member. We take the time to educate and support our staff, offering valuable partnerships, training, and product knowledge to set them up for success. The average team member stays with us for 5–8 years, a reflection of the supportive and collaborative environment we’ve created.
I often close the office to treat the team to lunch, and we work closely together to achieve our goals.
If you’re passionate about helping others, eager to grow your career, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous learning, this could be the perfect place for you.
