As a Sales Associate you’ll help create the Rally House vibe, turning casual shoppers into lifelong fans while working a part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with merchandising and product knowledge, ringing up sales, supporting daily operations such as opening and closing, and maintaining a sharp store environment.

• Communicate effectively with guests, members of management, and store associates.
• Uphold company standards jamii merchandising presentation.
• Generate sales, add‑on purchases, and develop guest relationships.
• Place guest satisfaction as the top priority.
• Handle cash accurately and confidently.

• Ability to work under moderate supervision.

• Stand, walk, talk, and hear both in person and by phone.

Hourly rate: $13.00 - $15.00.
