Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $12.50/hr

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles and store cleanliness
• Adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
