The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
QualificationsMinimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail or management experience required. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
