• Team Management:
  Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Operations:
  Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Financial Management:
  Manage the restaurant s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.
• Guest Service:
  Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty
• Compliance:
  Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

• Quarterly Bonus Structure
