Cookie Crew

Overview

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Akron store located at 367 South Main St. Akron, OH 44308
, you are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and you bake our Warm and Delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream when appropriate
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service oriented with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
