We have an amazing part‑time Leasing Consultant opportunity available with The Depot Apartments in Akron, OH. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Monday – Friday 9 AM – 2:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 10 AM – 3 PM

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on‑site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Foster and maintain relationships with on‑site residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Competitive pay ($12.50–$15 hourly!)
