Shin=Etsu Silicones of America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to support our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This role focuses on quality data entry, documentation, calibration tracking, and trend reporting. Prior quality experience is helpful but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a Quality organization.
This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and will also have tasks delegated by the Quality Control Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Enter daily product testing data into the quality database to generate certificates of analysis
- Maintain and enter new raw material specifications
- Review quality data trends and generate bi‑weekly reports
- Maintain calibration records and schedule upcoming calibrations
- Draft and update quality procedures using approved templates
- Observe processes and work with employees to accurately document procedures
- Support continuous improvement activities within the Quality department
- Assist with upkeep of Documented Information within the QMS.
Required
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred; relevant quality, manufacturing, or administrative experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with quality documentation, data trending, or calibration systems

- Manufacturing and office environment
- Interaction with production, laboratory, and quality personnel
- Standard business hours with occasional schedule flexibility as needed
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
