Job Summary Phoenix of Fairlawn, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. Our hands‑on owners foster a supportive, innovative culture where every STNA is truly valued, and every voice matters.
As an STNA, you’ll assist residents with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and work alongside a dedicated nursing team to enhance quality of life.

- Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
- Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
- Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long‑term care environment.
- Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.
Schedule:
- Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
- Full‑time and part‑time available
- 12 or 8 hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
