This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) with a minimum of 18 months of recent RNFA experience. The candidate must possess permanent RNFA experience prior to traveling and have expertise in vascular, robotic, and neuro specialties.

• Provide assistance to surgeons during various procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care before, during, and after surgical interventions.
• Manage calls, with 1-2 weekday call shifts per week, and one full weekend every six weeks.

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent RNFA experience required.
• Permanent Ohio RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Active certifications with no pending issues are mandatory.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
