Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Ohio

Schedule:

1-2 weekday call shifts per week; 1 full weekend per 6 weeks; every other holiday required
Highlights:
Advanced surgical specialties including Vascular, Robotic, and Neuro procedures
Minimum 18 months permanent RNFA experience required prior to travel assignment
Manageable call schedule with predictable weekend rotation
Comprehensive onsite orientation with ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments
Extension opportunities available up to 18 months
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Requirements:
Active RNFA certification required
Minimum 18 months of permanent RNFA experience in specialty prior to travel
Demonstrated experience in Vascular, Robotic, and Neuro surgical procedures required
Current Ohio RN license (permanent or compact accepted)
One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, director, or physician in RNFA specialty required
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
Current drug screening and background clearance required
