Base pay range is determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
