Location: Ackron OH

Schedule: Day Shift | Per-Diem

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination
• Maintain a safe, professional, patient-centered environment

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Hospital or acute care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on day shifts
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

• Experience supervising or mentoring LPNs, CNAs, or new staff
• Familiarity with EMR systems in hospital environments
• Background in medical-surgical, telemetry, or acute care units

• Work in a hospital-based acute care environment
• Flexible per-diem day schedule
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
