Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Full-Time LPN for for our hospice agency in the Akron/Canton area. LPN's maximize the comfort of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Three years nursing experience.
• Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
• Understands the hospice and the needs of the terminally ill.
