• Provide direct patient care in assigned specialty units.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document accurately in EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital and nursing policies.
