JR-As a System Auditor, you will drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements across processes and equipment in the Business Center. You will ensure process capability and capacity to achieve plant goals. You will actively safeguard Safety and Quality systems integrity. You will champion Workplace Organization (WPO). You will implement cost‑saving initiatives and projects using Focused Improvement (FI) methodology to drive an efficient cost structure.

You will coach team members to actively engage in problem‑solving and process troubleshooting.
** Primary Duties / Responsibilities
*** You will safely maintain the smooth and timely flow of plant production, ensuring quality products are delivered to the next operation/customer.
* You will lead and promote safety in all aspects of the plant.
* You will train and develop team members while providing day‑to‑day floor support, ensuring production targets are met with safety and quality.
* You will ensure adherence to all procedures, audits, practices, and standard work within operations.
* You will develop employees and foster a strong team culture.
* You will drive continuous improvement within the team.
** Education & Certification
*** You must hold a
** Bachelor’s degree
** in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Polymer Science.
** Experience
* ** You bring
** 10+ years of experience
** in manufacturing, preferably within the Tire Industry (Cutters, Tire Building, Curing, Final Finish).#LI-PS1
