JR-The Raw Material Supervisor manages and executes the administrative processes for receiving raw materials, ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately documented, verified against purchase orders, and compliant with quality standards. The position serves as a key link between suppliers, quality control, and production to maintain a seamless and timely supply of materials for manufacturing operations.
** What You'll Do
*** You will verify incoming raw material deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
* You will perform data entry in the ERP system (e.g., SAP/Oracle) to record goods receipts and batch information.
* You will conduct initial physical inspections to check quantities and identify any damages.
* You will coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for sampling and testing and ensure materials are properly labeled as Quarantine, Approved, or Rejected.
* You will monitor stock levels of incoming materials and update inventory records to maintain accuracy and traceability.
* You will communicate with suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies or damaged goods.
* You will collaborate with Purchasing and Production Planning teams to resolve supply-related issues.
* You will maintain organized records of all receiving transactions, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
** What We're Looking For
*** You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* You have 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, receiving, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* You are proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
* You have an understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* You demonstrate high attention to detail and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors.
* You have strong problem-solving skills to handle delivery-related issues efficiently.#LI-KB3
