• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment
• Electrical diagnostics (motors, sensors, controls, panels)
• Mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics)
• Preventive maintenance that actually prevents things
• Helping improve processes, not just putting out fires

If you enjoy figuring things out, improving systems, and keeping operations running smoothly, you'll fit right in.

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working on machines, controls, and production equipment
• Someone who's been doing this for a while and is ready for a new challenge
• Self-starter mindset - you see a problem and fix it
