A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to oversee and optimize plant production in Bedford Heights, OH. The candidate will lead all production employees, enforce safety standards, and apply LEAN manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and have at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in heavy manufacturing.
