Process Technician

Our client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a 2nd shift Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Injection Molding dept. supporting Plastic Injection Molding The ideal candidate will have 2 shot injection molding, good attitude and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

• Scrap Rates for assigned presses
• Monitor actual cycle times / efficiency
• Up Keep of Process Parameter sheets ( Info to Engineer)
• Assist in Mold changes (team with Setup Technicians)
• Identify Problems (Press / Robot / EOAT) Feedback to Engineer)
• Logbook Entry / Pass down of shift Issues

• 5+ years of Prior two shot injection molding processing experience and technical training
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be able to climb in and out of machines; strenuous work
• Must be able to work at various heights; climbing ladders
• High School Diploma / GED
