GYResponsibilities:
• You are leading the communication and coordinate between departments & MUs /HPTs during shift, summary 2 hours report to leadership, Ensure the overall operation’ objectives are met in own shift. 你作为各生产制造单元中的沟通者，需要每2各小时总结一次报告给管理团队，确保整体生产符合目标。
• You drive zero accident and follow up safety findings and ensure plant management is informed on critical issues. 你需要实现零事故，跟进安全调查结果，并确保工厂管理层了解关键问题。

• You with Bachelor's degree in Business, industrial management or a related. 你拥有本科学历。
