JR-You report to the Business Center Manager and take full ownership of supervising, controlling, and driving productivity in your assigned area of the production line.
** Key Responsibility Areas
*** You manage the entire shift, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, equipment readiness, system integrity, and optimal manpower allocation.
* You meet production targets as per the plan and report daily updates to the Auditor or Area Specialist.
* You design shift schedules for hourly associates and ensure smooth execution.
* You actively participate in production meetings, plant reviews, and sessions focused on waste, energy, safety, and training.
* You execute all Business Team indicators and make sure every target is achieved.
* You maintain all Business Center documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
* You uphold high standards of housekeeping and maintain WPO protocols.
* You support and implement systems that enhance Business Center performance.
* You train hourly associates, including contractual and casual staff, to ensure skill readiness.
* You attend bi-hourly production review meetings with Specialists, Auditors, and hourly associates.
* You contribute to the implementation of systems related to Quality, Safety, Energy, and Productivity.
* You hand over all shift data, production numbers, and issues to the incoming shift in charge, auditor, or specialist.
* You are responsible for conducting Layered Process Audits and LSP audits.

** Qualifications and Experience
*** You hold a Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
* You bring over 2 years of experience in Tire Building, Curing, or Final Finish.
* Experience in the tire industry is preferred and highly valued.
