Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting, problem solving, and developing strong relationships with customers. This person must also desire to attract and develop skilled sales professionals.

• Master consultative and complex selling skills and then transfer these skills to your team.
• Stay on top of metrics and details to properly manage, coach and develop your team.
• Ability to lead different personality types and backgrounds towards common and individual success.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business; we weigh experience more heavily.
• 3+ years' of sales experience.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
