JR-The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of raw materials and finished goods across warehousing and transportation operations. You will oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate quantities, and cost-efficient logistics execution aligned with customer demand.
** What You'll Do
**** Core Responsibilities
*** You will oversee the implementation, management, maintenance, and monitoring of warehouse and transportation operations to meet company goals and objectives.
* You will manage efficient operations to achieve on-time deliveries with accurate SKUs and quantities at optimized cost.
* You will ensure cost optimization in alignment with the cost-to-serve budget.
* You will work in close collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the achievement of company objectives through effective execution of key initiatives and strategies.
* You will implement and maintain audit requirements across warehouse and transportation operations.
* You will foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships and promoting a culture of productivity and growth.
** Financial Budget and Control
*** You will assume full responsibility for the warehouse and transportation budget.
* You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the logistics process.
* You will take ownership of delivering cost-effective, feasible, and appropriate logistics solutions.
* You will ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, health, and safety requirements.
* You will support new business initiatives and projects by ensuring effective implementation of logistics strategies related to operational changes.
** Strategy and Development
*** You will contribute to the development and implementation of best-practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.
* You will plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
* You will create and implement standardized logistics principles, policies, and processes across the organization to enhance operational and financial performance.
** People Management
*** You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that consistently meets objectives, delivers best practices, and drives continuous improvement.
* You will establish clear objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing and assessing team performance.
* You will develop and implement individual and team development plans to support ongoing growth and performance enhancement.

** What We're Looking For
*** You hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* You have at least 5 years of working experience in warehousing and transportation.
* You have experience managing warehouse operations with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) implemented.
* You have solid experience working across supply chain and operational functions.
* You have experience in data analysis and visualization, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
* You are results-oriented and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* You are flexible and possess strong presentation skills.
* You communicate effectively in English at a business level.
