A company is looking for a Chief Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the College's mission and strategic direction
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, industry partners, and foundations to enhance donor engagement
- Lead and manage the Foundation team, ensuring effective oversight of operations, budget planning, and scholarship programs
- Bachelor's degree
- Six years of experience in fundraising with progressive management responsibility
- Three years of experience in major gift fundraising
- Three years of experience in a supervisory role
Master's degree and experience in community college fundraising
