Total Rewards Package- Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

- Work independently at multiple locations; spend time inside and outside.
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
- Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business.
- Help keep customers up to date with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
- Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Walk around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris.
Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a customer-service centered sales environment such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
Transportation
:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.
